Joelle Fisher, Attorney at Law
Ms. Fisher graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007. Ms. Fisher completed her undergraduate education at the University of Toledo. She graduated cum laude and received a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. Ms. Fisher is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the Middle District of Florida.
After graduation Ms. Fisher accepted a position with the Law Office of Fred Tromberg in Jacksonville, Florida. During her time at the Law Office of Fred Tromberg, Ms. Fisher practiced a variety of law including, but not limited to, business litigation, complex commercial litigation, consumer protection litigation, foreclosure defense (commercial and residential), and general civil law. It was there that Ms. Fisher was recruited to work as General Counsel to a large group of automobile national franchise dealerships based in Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA.
As General Counsel, she practiced in the automobile industry involving floor plan financing, retail financing and leasing, dealer law, administrative law with the Florida Department of Administrative Hearings, employment law, business law, complex commercial litigation, and appellate law. Ms. Fisher has also defended cases pertaining to the Uniform Commercial Code ("UCC"), Truth In Lending Act ("TILA") and the Deceptive Trade Practices Act ("FUDTPA").
Ms. Fisher brings a vast array of civil litigation knowledge to the Law Offices of Robert Eckard and Associates and will continue practicing business litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
